Tuition Subsidy Program through
Baby Promise & The ERDC Program

Soul Blossom Child Care accepts Baby Promise and ERDC for qualifying families.

The Baby Promise and Employment Related Day Care (ERDC) programs help families who are working, in school, or receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) pay for child care, including registration fees.

They collaborate with partners across the state to support families in accessing and sustaining child care that meets their needs. Sign up for email updates.

Baby Promise provides the full cost of care, including all food, diapers, and wipes for qualifying families. In contrast, ERDC is a subsidy program. This means many ERDC families still pay part of the child care cost, this is called the afterpay. In addition to their copayment (copay)

Baby Promise is able to help some families bypass the ERDC waitlist, to learn more about if you qualify please call 541-419-0057 or email babypromise@neighborimpact.org
