Tuition Subsidy Program
Through Baby Promise and the ERDC Program
The Baby Promise and Employment Related Day Care (ERDC) programs help families who are working, in school, or receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) pay for child care, including registration fees.
They also work with partners across the state to help families find and keep good child care. Sign up for email updates.
Baby Promise provides the full cost of care, including all food, diapers, and wipes for qualifying families. In contrast, ERDC is a subsidy program. This means many ERDC families still pay part of the child care cost. This is called a copayment (copay).

Soul Blossom accepts Baby Promise and ERDC starting in October 2024.
